I just thought I'd update my journal, because I was sick of the old one.

My camera is on its last legs, and I don't have the money to get it fixed at the moment, which makes me quite sad. It's sitting all alone in the corner right now... I think it's lonely.

One of my old school friends got married. She has a new last name now, and a HUSBAND. I can't even begin to explain how weird that is. Her wedding was fun though. I started a conga line.

Got ridiculously smashed a couple of weeks ago (for the first time really, cause I usually avoid getting drunk) I am never drinking tequila again _{at least not for awhile}

Have been amusing myself with watching youtube videos of the Bulgarian Idol auditions. SERIOUSLY GO LOOK THEM UP.

Er. So I lied about the feature. Honestly, I'm just feeling too lazy to do anything like that at the moment. Life has been partly insane and partly boring (is it possible for it to be both at the same time?).

After two long months of birthday madness (why is everyone's birthday during April/May? Don't they know that I have no money for presents?!), things have settled down now, and I've gone back to being bored and wishful.

One of my closest friends is getting married next month, and I can't begin to tell you how that feels. It's like we're all growing up, and it happened so suddenly. Where did our childhood go?

Besides that, there's a Jalsa night coming up, at the end of this month. A cousin of mine is in a band, and I'm going with my brother and my Mamie to see them play. I've never been to a Mauritian night before (oh the shame), so it should be fun.

How are you all doing? I hope life is treating you well. I haven't been as active on dA as I once was, but I still lurk, so don't be afraid to message me. I like hearing from you all.

Happy Easter guys! (well, to everyone that celebrates it. if you don't, then... Happy Sunday!)

It's 2am here and I am currently lying awake trying to protect myself from the horde of tiny spiders that seem to have invaded my room. Not fun.

In other news, tomorrow is Easter Monday, which means fun at Grandma's house. By fun I mean awkward conversations and baby-sitting very exuberant children. Wish me luck!
